Experienced multi-property REIN Real Estate Investor with a client base of over 50 real estate investors across Canada.

Kim has been an Independent Bookkeeper since 2007 and has worked with clients in various industries specializing in working with self-employed entrepreneurs. Previous to her starting her own business she studied at BCIT and received her diploma in
Financial Management in 1997.
For 8 years Kim work in different industries from hospitality, distribution, import/export, wholesale lumber sales, to real estate investment, working her way up the corporate ladder. She worked for growing companies and as part of her experience was being a key player in the setting up of accounting departments in different cities. For the 2 years that followed Kim worked for a Chartered Accounting Firm and learned how to complete Individual tax returns as well as Corporate tax returns. These work experiences give her the complete picture from balancing bank accounts to preparing financial statements that are ready for
your accountant at tax time.
Part of her work experience also included training bookkeepers in the hospitality industry in every stage of the accounting cycle from counting cash to preparing financial statements, as well as payroll. She has the ability to start from a blank slate and set up accounts for your business and keeping track of your financial information that is
organized and easy to understand.
She is a resident of Coquitlam (Metro Vancouver Area) and has lived in the Lower Mainland most of her life, a BC girl from day one! Kim is also a real estate investor and has been investing in real estate since 2001.
Her real estate investments are currently focused in Northern Alberta, specifically Grande Prairie.
